We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager supporting the human resources for a regional emerging professional consultancy with its global hub in HK. The main responsibilities are handling the entire recruitment cycle. He/She would also be implementing the HR strategies and policies according to the company strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

• As Business Partner, provide consulting for manpower planning, with focus on recruitment for BUs and projects
• Recruit professional with main focus  for the consulting team with resourceful support by external agencies
• Manage the strategic end-to-end recruitment from screening, interviewing, to offering
• Coordinate with different teams for budgeting; as well as regional team for implementation and review of policy

Job Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably from Business Administrations or Human Resource Management
• Minimum 2 years of  relevant experience, with either retail, manufacturing, supply chain or garment industries
• Candidate with strong track record as external recruitment consultant background will be of top priority 
• Presentable, self-motivated and independent
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese/ Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Director
