One of the world-leading manufacturing group of companies in research/development and production of precision metal for Business Equipment/Personal Care, Medical & Automotive products. 

The position is based in Hong Kong, and will report directly to the General Manager, Human Resources Asia, with the support of a HR team in HK and China. Occasional travel will be necessary. 

Principal Job Duties: 

• Accountable for annual manpower planning and headcount budgeting
• Ensure optimum manpower resources and understand workforce requirement through close working relationship with BU / Division heads to support operation needs
• Formulate effective recruitment strategy to address the manpower needs of different businesses in view of the current labour condition, and the changing statutory labour requirement
• Ensure policies and procedures are in compliance with local legal requirements, as well as Corporate direction and ethic charters
• Participate in Corporate HR programs and implement relevant Corporate HR activities 

Qualification / Requirements:

• Degree holder in human resources, psychology or other disciplines
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience, with at least 6 years management experience in similar capacity
• Experience in a sizeable / multinational company and in working with different cultures and/or countries
• Mature and able to relate to people at all levels
• Self-drive, strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet set goals
• Fluency in English and Putonghua 

Sr. Manager will be offered to the candidate with more experience.
