We are searching for dynamic and high caliber accounting professionals for the above position on behalf of our client, a HK-based manufacturer in precision molds and plastic components with production sites in Guangdong Province.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the head of sales team and other team members
• Coordinate with clients and internal department to ensure smooth running of the sales activities
• Handle phone calls and correspondences from the clients
• Prepare sales reports, gather and compile relevant information for meetings
• Assist in sales exhibitions and other marketing programmes
• Manage documents and filing and handle other clerical duties for the team

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business or Secretarial Studies or related disciplines
• 4 years’ experience in secretarial or other supporting role to sales team is preferred
• Exposure in manufacturing sector is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, and good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Business trips to China is required
