• Manage a small team of product administrative & stock control team
• Support product team to create purchase orders and manage article master in SAP
• Keep track purchase order processing and logistics arrangement 
• Perform goods receipt, coordinate with DC team to ensure a smooth inbound stock process arrangement
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve sales return, discrepancies & defective item issues
• Maintain stock accuracy by taking inventory cycle count
• Prepare data analysis report, house brand PO

We are looking for

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or other related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experience
• Experience in SAP preferred
• Good knowledge of the DC & logistics procedures
• Detail minded & strong multi-tasking ability
• Mature, independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
