Job Description
Duties
- Assist in general office administrative / sale work.
- To handle phone calls from customers and suppliers.
- Provide clerical, printing, scanning and administrative support to the office team
- General admin duties including managing and ordering of stationery and office supplies
- Perform outdoor assignments such as courier arrangement, cheques bank-in, etc.
- Be responsible to any ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirements
- F5 / DSE or above
- 1 year’s working experience is preferable
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Able to communicate in English & Cantonese
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on PC knowledge including MS Office, MS Excel & internet
