Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall management and direction of Administration
• Prepare business correspondences, memos, PowerPoint presentations and websites updates
• Report and assist  team manager / senior manager
• Supervise a team of sales administrative staff 
• Work closely with supporting departments such as IT and HR in establishing or changing the systems and policies
• Coordinate and prepare  marketing materials (e.g. literatures, posters, videos, promotion letters and booth design)  for trade shows and seminars
• Coordinate and send out our promotion letters through emails or popular social media channels
• Ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines 
• At least 5 years related administration & events organization experiences with 3 years in supervisory’s role is preferred. 
• Familiar with HK and PRC Labor Law will be an advantage
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
• Good knowledge of PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese WP) and internet applications. Knowledge of Photoshop & AI will be an advantage
• Good command of English and Mandarin 
• Mature, proactive, energetic and capable to handle multi-tasks in good time management
