Job Description
˙Form 5/6 or above
˙Minimum 3 years Customer Service/Receptionist experience. Related learning centre operation/ service industry experience preferred.
˙Pleasant, mature, independent and able to work under pressure.
˙Good communication skills with excellent telephone manner and service attitude.
˙Good command in English and Cantonese and ability to communicate in Putonghua.
˙Knowledge in PC.
˙Able to work on Saturdays and half day Sundays.
˙Bank Holiday + Annual Leave + 13 days School Holiday.
