Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customer learning programs for Dun & Bradstreet products
- Liaise with third-party training providers to support customer’s training needs and requirements
- Manage the fulfilment logistics and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage a team of 2
- Revenue-quote bearing
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in human resources, training or education or similar field
- 5-8 years of experience in training and development of product and/or corporate training programs and materials
- Relevant project management experience in corporate training programs
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with internal employees and outside professionals
- Proactive, well-organized and detail-minded
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese is preferred
