Identify areas to develop or revamp HR related initiatives in order to drive organizational effectiveness, as well develop and implement effective HR communication strategies.
Owner of Employee Communications Plan to enhance employee engagement & overall company organization effectiveness
Establish parameters to ensure adoption and effective utilization of change initiatives.

Requirements:

University graduate in any discipline
At least 10 years relevant work experience in which 3 years at supervisory level
Creative, independent team player with strong numerical and analytical skills with good business acumen
Excellent influencing, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
