Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Provide administration support to Department
- Coordinate with internal departments to complete the requested tasks
- Assist in other ad hoc matters or additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- At least 1-2 year working experience in customer service industry (Fresh graduate is also considered)
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese & English, Mandarin is preferred
- Good telephone manner, strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Pro-active, hardworking, conscientious, detail-minded
- Familiar with MS Office is an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
