Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support Manager to maintain daily operations
- Provide administrative and operational support to the department (E.g. Car wrapping and Driver verification)
- Handle In-bound and out-bound calls
- Provide high quality customer service and introduce company’s product
- Handle customers’ enquiries, reservations and complaints in a professional manner
- Execute ad-hoc tasks
- Manual & Outdoor Work required
Requirements:
- F.5 or above, relevant working experience is preferred
- Direct interaction with CS and Sales experience is highly preferable
- Good command of Cantonese, spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Chinese and English typing
- Able to use Microsoft Office, Computer Software with basic computer knowledge
- Hard-working, Careful, Active, Responsible, Enable to work under pressure and fast-paced work environment
