Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties such as handling phone calls and greeting guests in professional manner
  • Responsible for office administration works including:
    • Assist in business travel arrangement (flights & hotels booking, travel visa and transportation, etc.)
    • Coordinate meeting room booking
    • Manage courier services and in & out mailing
    • Handle stationery & pantry supplies ordering and stock keeping
    • Maintain expenses records and prepare monthly reports
    • Provide supports to staff activities
    • Arrange maintenance works for office facilities and equipment
  • Support ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • F.6 or above with 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude
  • A mature team player with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available is preferred
