Reporting to:  General Manager of SFHKL
 
Station: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

1. Perform office administrative work
2. Provide support to GM in settling office operation expenses and co-ordinate with SFL Account Department in handling remittance for office billings
3. Perform daily SFHKL Bank Reconciliation and interchange with Risk Officer to perform SFHKL Daily Segregation Reconciliation Report.
4. Perform daily fund transfer between SFHKL segregated and non-segregated accounts by following procedures.
5. Verify fund clear status for SFL and SFHKL bank accounts in HK during Asian hours
6. Perform daily tasks in supporting SFL operation teams (i.e. Broker Control Team)
7. Identical and follow up recap errors and escalate to related SFL operation support teams and provide operation support for both Type 2 and Type 3 licensed businesses.
8. Provide trade reconciliation and subsequent resolution for metals (LME) and commodities futures with clients
9. Provide covering function for Risk Officer to perform related risk routine task, reports generation and handle margin call report whenever in needs
10. Co-ordinate with SFL Marketing Department and front desks for marketing materials printing/ordering, updating inventory and performing related translation work.
11. Undertake other ad hoc projects and assigned duties by GM

Requirements:

1. Degree holder with 1 year administrative or accounting or operation or back office or middle office or treasury experience in financial sector.
2. Good communication skill both written and spoken Cantonese and English (must).  Good in Mandarin is a plus.
3. Knowledge of, or experience in the metals/commodities markets or FX/bullion market is a plus
4. High level of numeracy, previous experience of completing reconciliations
5. Basic computer skills are essential
6. Attention to details
7. Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
