Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle general office administration duties such as stationery ordering, office maintenance, courier arrangements etc.
- Arrange hotel and travel bookings
- Process expense reimbursement claims
- Provide clerical support to the team in preparing report and presentation materials
- Provide general secretarial support to senior management as required
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- 1 years' relevant experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
- A good team player, self-motivated and attention to details
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Chinese word-processing, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Immediate available is highly preferred
