Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Act as business partner for Hong Kong and South China offices and provide support to business unit heads including but not limited to talent management solutions, performance management and employee relations

Handle full cycle of recruitment with strategy in talent acquisition

Plan and implement HR programs and initiatives

Tackle HRIS development and enhancement
-
Manage trainings for the Group, recommend and organize trainings based on training needs analysis

Responsible for corporate communication to employees and reporting to Headquarters
Requirements
-
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related discipline

Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience, past experience in HRIS is preferable

Strong influencing skills to build partnership with key stakeholders

Excellent communication skills, sensitive to numbers with analytical mind

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Good Mandarin is an advantage.
