Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct researches to facilitate the development of education-related initiatives
- Assist in project coordination through liaison with different internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support in communication initiatives such as website management, content updates, etc.
- Provide team administrative and secretarial support including, meetings / appointment coordination, minutes taking, travel arrangements, calendar management etc.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- Mature, with positive mind-set, as well as excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Proactive, meticulous and well-organized
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluent in written & spoken English and Cantonese
