ACADEMIC REGISTRY

The appointee is expected to provide clerical support to the Academic Registry. He/She will be responsible for providing support to admissions, programme administration, examinations and other student matters; providing logistic support to activities and events; providing counter and hotline services; liaising with internal and external parties; and performing other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have completed secondary education or specialised vocational training with at least one year of work experience. The suitable candidate should be organised, able to work independently, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
