Job Description

• Provide secretarial support to the Board of Directors

• Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing presentation materials for meetings and answer incoming calls and general inquiries

• Prepare translation of commercial document from Chinese to English and vice versa

• Establish and maintain a well-organized filing system

• Draft and prepare correspondences, memos, etc

• Coordinating and liaising with different internal departments and/or external business corporations

• Handle and maintain confidential information and document management

• Assist in ad hoc assignments as required

   

Requirement

• Degree/Diploma holders in Business Admin/Management or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience serving senior management executives

• Fluent command of both English and Chinese including Mandarin, both spoken and written

• Proficient in computer skills

• Pleasant and pay attention to details

• Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills

• Able to complete tasks within tight time frame under pressure
