Job Description
Duties
The appointee is responsible for (a) providing clerical support for academic programs offered by the School of Health Sciences; (b) providing logistics support for organizing events, student activities and academic visits; (c) providing frontline services and daily office operational support; and (d) performing other tasks as assigned.
Appointment Criteria
Applicants for the post of Clerk I should have (a) achieved Level 2 or above in five subjects in the HKDSEE, OR have obtained Grade E or above in five subjects in the HKCEE; (b) computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word-processing, etc.; (c) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (d) good organizational and communication skills; and (e) 1 year’s relevant work experience. Those with lower qualifications may be considered for the post of Clerk II.
