Job duties :

-Provide administrative and sales support to Associate Director (AD)

-Responsible for business development activities

-Prepare business reports & presentation materials

-Follow up sales service, enquires & ad-hoc duties as assigned

-Manage AD's busy calendar, coordinate travel schedule, all travel arrangement and logistics w/AD

-Handle AD's personal affairs as assigned

-set up filling / organization system for AD

Requirements : 

-Minimum 2 years in PA / Admin & Sales Support position (Fresh grad, 歡迎非本地畢業生IANG及國內來港人士)

-Good computer skills & proficient in Chinese typing

-Good at both speaking and written English & Chinese

-Able to handle multiple tasks & meet tight deadlines while providing good quality of support

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Work independently with minimum supervisions

-Willing to travel to provide personal assistance to MD

-Immediate available preferred
