What’s the job?            

The Payoneer Customer Approval Department oversees and operates Payoneer’s end-user onboarding process. CAD combines service-orientation with enforcement of industry Compliance standards, aiming to ensure smooth customer experience while keeping Payoneer Compliant with KYC/AML regulations.

• Review applicants’ information and documents, using a combination of internal and external policies and tools.
• Approve/decline/add requests for the applicant to provide additional information/documents that will help reconsider the application.
• Review on various service requests (withdraw, opt-in card, additional payment methods) and existing accounts as activity increases, in order to reinforce KYC protocols.
• In charge of applications of customers registration including an analysis of customers’ personal details, looking for unusual patterns, and communicating directly with customers when relevant.
• Work closely with Risk, Sales, Customer Care and other internal teams.

Have you accomplished this kind of qualification?

• Bachelor’s degree
• High attention to details and patterns with strong analytical skills
• Service-oriented approach with great communication skills
• Experience of working in the payment industry/risk management/KYC roles is a big advantage
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in both Chinese and English with PinYin (Mandarin) knowledge
• General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications
• Immediate availability is preferred
