Responsibilities:

Handle full sets of account and month/year end closing

Ensure timely financial reporting to management

In-depth knowledge of SFO and apply in daily accounting operations

Prepare daily and monthly FRR returns

Perform daily client money segregation according to SFO requirements

Conduct and monitor daily cash flow

Prepare daily reconciliation and day-end closing

Handle annual budget, planning, forecasting and monthly operational review report

Assist in performing payroll, MPF calculation, staff allowances and expenses

Support and ensure the completion of annual financial audit

Liaise with internal / external parties on accounting and finance matters

Perform ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines

Professional qualification in HKICPA or ACCA is an advantage

Minimum 3 years accounting in securities firm or sizable financial institution

Solid experience in securities accounting and FRR preparation is a must

Profound knowledge of SFC regulations, SFO and HKEx regulations

Familiar with accounting system software, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
