Responsibilities:

• Analyse and monitor the funding requirements of the bank and ensure utilization of the Bank's funds in the most optimal manner 
• Manage the asset-liability position of the Bank and develop funding strategies
• Ensure that stipulated regulatory liquidity related ratios are properly complied with
• Develop new funding source and build rapport with bank counterparties including onboarding and credit review handling
• Prepare reports for Asset-Liability Committee and other routine reports for risk management as required
• Manage the FX and money market dealing activities and ensure porper compliance with policy and procedures
• Provide pricing to enhance customer business in foreign and other treasury products

Requirements:

• Degree holder with over 6 to 8 years’ experience in fixed income portfolio, funding, foreign exchange and Assets and Liabilities management. 
• Good understanding of banking regulations and treasury risk management. 
• Experience in correspondent banking. 
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated. 
• Good team player with ability to handle multi-task environment. 
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
