Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carry out general accounting functions for the bank and its subsidiaries
• Assist senior team members in performing daily and regular reports to management and head office
• Perform bank reconciliation and liaise with internal departments and other correspondent banks for outstanding items when necessary
• Liaise with internal / external auditors when necessary
• Handle ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting
• Around 2 years’ relevant experience in banking industry, hands on experience in bank reconciliation and accounting control function is preferred
• Good knowledge in accounting standards
• Independent; attentive to details and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
