Main Duties & Responsibilities:        

• Follow-up with existing customers on loan repayment and redemption / release property in professional and integrity way.
• Promote loan refinance service to existing customers
• Devote accountability and contribute capabilities in ad hoc projects to achieve Company strategic plan

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, preferable in Finance / Sales & Marketing
• Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in sales or customer service experience in service oriented industry
• Well based in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
