Job Description
Responsibilities:

Manage execution of all direct marketing activities including ATL and BTL;

Liase with acquisition, usage, portfolio and/or product teams to prioritize and develop integrated campaign;

Formulate and plan marketing communication strategies;

Optimize campaign / channel / media mix;
-
Work closely with advertising agencies to develop consistent customer communication to strengthen the brand equity;

Manage marketing budget within plan while achieving business targets;

Lead a team to demonstrate execution excellence and commitment to customer communications.
Requirements:
- University Graduate with 8 years or above marketing / advertising agency experience;
- Assertive, with strong people skills to manage team, internal customers and external vendors;
- Able to work under pressure and tight timeline;
- Result oriented, flexible & proactive;
- Adaptive to dynamic and fast changing environment;
- Good coaching, presentation and inter-personal skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
