Job Description
- Deliver the mortgage acquisition and retention plan in relation to the corporate strategies and goals
- Track competitors strategies and actions constantly to sustain the competitive edge
- Prepare regular sales report and program tracking
- Ensure the mortgage products in line with procedures as well as all operations under mortgage compliance and regulatory control
- Cooperate with Marketing team for initiating and developing different promotion campaigns for telesales
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and sales leads inflow to maximize product exposure and acquisition
- Control mortgage business expenses and manage the payment and budgeting report
- Assist in fire insurance process handling and coordinate with Insurance team for fire insurance product management
- Assist front line to handle customers’ mortgage enquiries
- Work closely with sales channel to ensure sales force quality via regular training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7 Years or above of working experience in banking, preferably from product management
- Work independently and good communication skills
- Details oriented and able to perform under pressure
- Be self-motivated, proactive and results orientated
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high written and oral proficiency in English and Cantonese
