Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to CEO
- Supervise Type 1, 4 regulated activities
- Monitor daily business operations, including trade processing and settlement
- Manage daily operation and ensure all activities are properly documented and complied with regulatory requirements
- Formulate investment policy
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with SFC and implement effective internal control mechanisms
- Communicate with regulatory bodies including SFC and HKEx
Requirements:
- University degree in Banking/Finance or any related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years solid experience in financial industry
- A licensed Responsible Officer with unconditional license under the SFC for Type 1, 4 regulated activities currently
- Good understanding of Securities and Futures Ordinance, SFC Code of Conduct and rules
- Ability to work under pressure, with strong communication and analytical skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, a good team player, detail-oriented and self-motivated
