Loan Sales Officer / Loan Support Officer (HK $13,000 to HK $18,000)

Main Responsibilities

• Station at Branch and responsible for personal loan business activities
• Take an active role to solicit sales and cross sell loan products to customers and achieve designated sales objectives
• Handle customer’s enquiries in professional manner and follow up with customer’s loan application to drawdown

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in HKCEE / HKDSE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics with minimum of 1 years’ experience in bank loan business
• Active team player, aggressive and self-motivated with positive attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer oriented;
• Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Mortgage Specialist (21K - 40K)

Responsibility:

• Achieve target for mortgage given by the Bank
• Establish and cultivate relationship with real estate agencies, solicitors and broker firm
• Provide mortgage service

Skills and experience required:

• Associate degree or higher diploma or above
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• 1 to 6 years of banking or banking sales experience
• Knowledge with credit proposal would be an advantage
• Mortgage selling experience would be preferable

* Mortgage specialist prefer candidate with housing agency network.
