Responsibilities

• Assist senior investment bankers in the origination/evaluation of potential deals, marketing initiatives, and management of client relationship
• Handlethe execution of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, financial advisory, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions and other fund raising activities
• Responsible for handling due diligence, record keeping, internal compliancecoordination and management of other professional parties on the transactions
• Communicatewith clients, professional parties and regulators, including the Stock Exchange and the SFC
• Manage other special projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisor

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Law; with Master Degree in MBA is highly preferred
• Holder of SFC Type 6 Representative License; with CPA and/or CFA qualification is an added advantage
• 3 to 6 years’ relevant corporate finance experience, with proven track record of handling IPO and financial advisory deals, i.e.participated and completed 1-3 IPOs from start to finish
• Good understanding of securities market, investment banking and corporate finance activities
• Sound knowledge in the Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and other relevant rules and regulations
• Good analytical skill, self-motivated, independent and a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel and able to work under tight deadlines
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is a must.
