Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
l Provide Securities quotations and execute orders under clients’ instructions;
l Confirm trade details with sales, customers and counterparties;
l Assist in account-opening procedures;
l Provide customer services and related tasks support to house clients;
l Answer customer enquiries and provide quality services
l Monitor and ensure the client’s portfolio is complied with the credit controls, internal policies and guidelines
l Facilitate daily dealing administrations and prepare related documents;
l Provide other administrative support for the department;
l Perform any ad hoc tasks as required by the Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
l Diploma or abovein business or related discipline
l Minimum 3 year’s experience in securities / futures industry & with SFC RA1, RA2 licenses. Knowledge in investment products , including bullion & foreign exchange contracts is an advantage
l Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
l Proficient in MS Office applications
l Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
l Proactive and patient, customer service oriented
l IANG visa / fresh grade will also be considered
