Job Description

 1.Manager-Investment Risk Management

 

    Responsibilities:

  • To perform risk analysis and assessment on structured finance and PE investment on-shore and off-shore;
  • To monitor investment portfolio risks ;
  • To participate in due diligence of potential deals ;
  • To draft and review risk management guidelines of structured finance and PE investment;
  • To conduct ad hoc investigations and analysis into risk or market issues;
  • To generate analytical reports and proposals for management review;
  • To keep updated in related to compliance and risk regulatory requirement;
  • To identify risk issues and develop, document, and implement appropriate action plans proactively.

    Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Risk Management, Finance, Statistics, Accounting or other equivalent disciplines, and holder of CPA/ ICCA or CFA is preferred;
  • Minimum 5 years in investment or risk management role in financial institution, of which at least 1 year in front business line;
  • Hands-on experience in risk management analysis ;
  • Good analytical and report writing skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, e.g. worksheet creation;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.

 

2.Assistant Vice President /Vice president ––Market Risk Management (Asset Management Platform)

 

    Responsibilities:

  • To perform risk analysis especially on fund investment;
  • To monitor portfolio risk parameters;
  • To draft and review risk management guidelines of Asset Management;
  • To conduct ad hoc investigations and analysis into risk or market issues;
  • To generate analytical reports and proposals for management review;
  • To keep updated in related to compliance and risk regulatory requirement;
  • To identify risk issues and develop, document, and implement appropriate action plans proactively.

    Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Risk Management, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, Mathematics or other equivalent disciplines, preferably with recognized professional qualifications or final stage candidates of CFA or FRM ;
  • Minimum 5 years in investment or risk management role in financial institution, of which at least 1 year at management level;
  • Hands-on experience in risk management analysis & modeling;
  • Good analytical and report writing skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, e.g. worksheet creation;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.

 

3. Assistant Vice President/ Vice President- Compliance Management (Asset Management Platform)

 

     Responsibilities:

  • Perform compliance checking and review on investment products;
  • Provide advisory services to business units on compliance and legal related matters;
  • Liaise with SFC and other regulators;
  • Being responsible for company's and representative's license application;
  • maintenance and reporting to SFC, CPT monitoring and the maintenance of proper licensing with all relevant regulators;
  • Assist to update procedure manuals and ensure the processes are in compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies;
  • Review and provide regulatory and compliance advice on existing and new business initiatives (Investment, asset Management ,Financing, rights issue or share offerings);
  • Handle ad-hoc legal and/ or compliance-related project as and when required.

     Requirements:

  • University graduate in Law or related disciplines with relevant professional qualifications;
  • At least 5 years of legal and compliance experience in Financial industry;
  • Extensive knowledge of financial service regulatory and licensing requirements;
  • Ability to liaise with external counsel if required;
  • Good Command of Chinese and English (including Putonghua);
  • A strong team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
