Job Base: Hong Kong
 
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the operations and property management of investment properties and infrastructure projects in PRC and Hong Kong;
• Assist in the review and approval procedures of all related documents such as tenancy agreement, legal matters, tenant handover formalities, facilities provision and maintenance, etc;
• Coordinate in project costing and budgeting, property evaluation and market research;
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting , Surveying or Real Estate disciplines;
• Member of recognized professional institutions e.g. HKICPA /HKIS/RICS, etc, with minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience;
• Experience in PRC and Hong Kong real estate projects will be an absolute advantage;
• Fluent in Putonghua and English.

Less experienced candidate will be considered for the post of Assistant Manager.
