As our Assistant Officer, you will engage in a series of corporate governance projects and provide support to our internal stakeholders to maintain and optimize our business operations.  

Responsibilities:

• Assist in operation review, internal control and governance of all functions of the Group;
• Prepare project and progress update to concerned parties;
• Prepare regular management report and analysis report as required;
• Assist in development and UAT of reporting systems managed by the team;
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or other related disciplines;
• 1 - 2 year relevant working experience; Candidate with brokerage operations knowledge would be advantageous;
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, detail-minded, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility and proactive attitude;
• Good business acumen and numerical sense;
• Good command of written English and Chinese is a must;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
