Responsibilities:

• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC regulated activities and related functions
• Participate in portfolio management and advise on investment activities
• Ensure the operation and company activities are in compliance with SFC relevant rules and regulations, and communicate with the regulatory authorities and other stakeholders
• Develop and implement marketing and sales plan and client servicing activities
• Provide advice and support to the management on strategic business development

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines
• Holder of SFC Responsible Officer License Type 9
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in portfolio management
• Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Occasional travel is required
