Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the operations risk and control, provide guidance for all operation risk & control matters, and standardize workflow and templates for work processes and duty list
• Conduct review of operational processes to identify possible operational risks and provide high quality risk and control analysis / reports and recommendations to senior management to enhance control weaknesses
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews on credit-related information and other statistics
• Manage and enhance the credit management system
• Perform control programs to ensure relevant credit processes are in compliance with policy, regulatory and group requirements
• Provide comments on loaning manuals / credit policies and related procedures
• Keep abreast of latest rules and regulations related to credit risk management; review, update, and revise risk management guidelines, policies, and procedures on a timely basis 

Job Requirements:

• Recognized degree, preferably in Business/Accountancy/Economic/Finance/Risk Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in personal loan risk, loan recovery or related areas gained from recognized financial institutions
• Comprehensive knowledge of credit analysis and credit management
• Knowledge in different investments including securities and futures, precious metals, forex and digital currency trading are an advantage
• Familiar with regulatory requirement
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
