MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHT
The 48-month Management Trainee (MT) program aims to identify and develop young talents to be the future leaders in our Company. During the MT program, the trainees will be provided with comprehensive learning, on-the-job exposure and project assignments to gain professional knowledge and skills.
Managerial positions may be offered to trainees with outstanding performance and proven capabilities after completing the 48-month program.

Assist in ad hoc projects or training as required
REQUIREMENTS

Strong desire in pursuing a long term career in financial industry

Proactive, strong analytical thinking, a fast learner and good team player

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage

Good knowledge in financial industry, e.g. Hong Kong equities, Corporate Finance, Asset Management, etc. is an advantage

Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Translation or related discipline
- Able to work under tremendour pressure
