Job Description

Our Client one of the largest private sector banks is seeking an Assistant Manager for front desk in retail banking transaction processing.

Job Description:

  • Front office meeting of Customers for Fixed Deposit, Savings Account, Remittances.
  • Obtaining Account opening form, KYC Documents.
  • Handling  electronic clearing.
  • Handling Remittances of customers inward and outward.
  • Giving Forex rates to customers.
  • Being alternate cashier.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or finance.
  • A certification in Banking, Anti money Laundering will be added qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years in banking.
  • Frontline banking experience.
  • Customer service mindset, with strong attention to detail.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of Cantonese and English.
