Job Description
RBWM Chief Operating Office
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Head of RBWM Business Risk and Control Management.
Principal responsibilities:

Act as the first line of defense in assisting respective retail banking and wealth management teams to manage risk in their areas

Oversee development and execute control monitoring and testing programmes based on business requirements, operational risk and control assessment outputs and other risk factors

Oversee the governance of reporting risk issues, control monitoring and performance data to local management, governance committees and regulators

Manage remediation of issues arising from self-identification, control monitoring results and audit reports
-
Facilitate and coordinate the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management Framework with the business

Report risk issues in accordance with set procedures and escalation policies

Identify emerging risk issues and associated controls through control testing activity
Requirements:
-
Post graduate degree in business-related disciplines
-
Minimum 8 years' business / strategic planning / business risk management or reporting experience

Good communication and presentation skills
-
Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving capabilities, with project management experience

Good knowledge of retail banking and wealth management products and data analysis
-
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
-
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
