Job responsibilities:

• Manage System project portfolio and budget control
• Establish procedures for system project control
• Assist for planning system development policy and strategy
• Liaise with regional system office for regional application roll out
• Plan, Develop and implement for any automation
• Responsible, reasonable, proactive hardworking and able to work under pressure

Job requirements:

• Degree holder and preferable in Information Technology
• At least 5 years of experience related to System Control procedure establishment, Budget Control, Project portfolio management
• Good to have banking industry experience
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good to have Experience in HKMA Technology Risk along with some management experience.
