Jobs Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling daily AR / AP accounting operations
• Prepare receipt, payment and general journals
• Closely monitor the Accounts Receivable, work with Sales Team to collect the receivable on a timely basis and debts collection
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Assist in preparing month end financial reports and analysis
• Work with different departments and provide all-round accounting support
• Ad hoc regional assignments as requested
• Candidate less experience will be consideration as Accounts Clerk
  
  

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Over 4 years’ hand on experience in Accounts Receivable with experience in retail / trading industry
• Strong logical sense, analytical skills with good personality and excellent communication skills
• Excellent excel skill is a must and hands-on experience in ERP / Dynamics AX is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Attention to detail, accurate with numbers & work independently
• Immediate available is highly preferable
