Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle daily operation in account receivable and debt collection
- Monitor customers’ account and following up debt collection
- Coordinate with operation in resolving billing problems and payment disputes
- Maintain accurate tracking of all credit applications
- Maintain customer setup and profile
- Conduct systems searches against credit application
- Check for credit application according to Company Credit Policy
- Ensure proper records of filing system
- Perform general administrative supports
Requirements
- DSE or F.5 above, preferably with 1 year relevant experience
- Proficient in PC applications
- Prudent and attentive to details
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- Able to work independently
- Immediate available is preferred
