Responsibilities    

• Responsible for debt collection of Local and overseas customer/agents
• Contra AR/AP with agents and overseas stations
• Ensure timely payment from debtor, site visit if necessary
• Coordinate with operations & sales in resolving billing problems and dispute cases with customers
• Match payment received from customer and pass out to ledger team for updating, follow up if any discrepancy in payment with the accounting system record
• Prepare weekly aging, daily bank receipt report, monthly SOA and other analysis report to management review
• Report to Manager for any long OS debtors to take proper follow up procedures and assist in any AR related items for audit or management report
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Diploma holder of Accounting or related disciplines
• 3 year or above solid experience on credit control
• Familiar with Outlook, MS EXCEL and WORD
• Good command of both written & spoken English plus Putonghua
• Well organized, detail-minded with good communication & negotiation skills   
• With legal knowledge and small claim tribunal experience is an advantage
• Immediate available preferred
