Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma graduate, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• 5-8 years working experience as secretarial and executive supporting role
• Experience in serving finance or legal department is highly preferred
• Background gained from sizable and multinational organizations
• Good command of spoken & written English and fair in spoken Mandarin
• Strong in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Well-organized, energetic, resourceful with strong communication skills
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide all-rounded secretarial and executive support to Finance Director
• Responsible for calendar management and meeting & conference arrangement
• Preparation of PowerPoint presentation, meeting materials and monthly reports
• Liaise with bankers on bank documents arrangement and authorized signature updating
• Arrange business trip such as itinerary planning, flight/hotel booking and expenses claims
• Assist in updating financial data and maintaining systematic database & filing system
