Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts of group companies.
• Handle daily book keeping, accounts payable and receivable
• Responsible for annual audit related issues and tax related issues.
• Generate annual budget and forecasting, budgetary control and cost management planning.
• Support management in adhering to statutory requirements
• Check bills, vendor payment
• Preparation of regular financial report and related administrative works
• General filing and record keeping
• Responsible for hankling HR tasks such as, payroll, MPF and employer return.
• Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in Accounting
• Experience of handle full set of account preferred
• Proficiency of MS Word and Excel
• Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin & Cantonese；Preficient in Mandarin is an advantage
