Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To Manage and Organize Commercial Kitchen Projects Hotels' / Restaurant
- Coordinating with clients, factory and contractors
- Responsible for preparing drawings, material submissions, monitoring the site progress
- Provide on-site supervision
- Lead the project team for RFQ, tender bidding document of projects
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering or equivalent
- 4 years experience or above in site supervision of fitting out project
- Responsible, willing to work under stress and able to meet tight project timeline
- Knowledge of Catering / Kitchen Equipment is an advantage.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including AutoCad, Excel, Powerpoint
- With less working experience will be considered as Project Engineer
