Responsible for managing technical, contractual & financial performance of contract works and monitoring the overall control of site activities.

• Diploma or above in Building Services or related disciplines preferred
• At least 3 years relevant experience in E&M installation and engineering
• Possessing sound knowledge of building technology, building services and fitting out is an advantage
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will be considered as Assistant Project Executive
• Working location: Wanchai
