Responsibilities:

• To assist supervisor developing design concepts and consequent images, drawing,3D rendering, materials, finished and construction details
• Handle commercial / residential projects from design concept to site supervision / coordination during construction period
• Handle full set of working / construction drawings;
• Work with PM team in project development and documentation with the design support

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Interior design or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in interior design field
• Able to handle full set of fitting-out drawing
• Independent, self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented and hardworking
• Good interpersonal and communication skill as a good team player
• Good command of AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and V-Ray
• Able to deliver 3D rendering in a professional by SketchUp and V-Ray and fast manner with strong 3-dimensional sense will be top priority
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
