Job Responsibilities

• Follow up project in all aspect such as material, site coordination, administrative support, quotation preparation, purchasing and follow-up procedure etc.
• Responsible for coordination and production of technical drawing for fit-out and renovation projects
• Liaise and coordinate with the contactors and ensure the work progress meet schedule
• Experience to drawing submission, site working progress schedule , material submission

Job Requirements

• 5 Year relevant experience
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD on fitting-out and renovation project. More advanced applications such as. Photoshop and Adobe illustrator will be of advantage
• Hard-working, attentive to details, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
• Willing to travel and work on site, able to communicate in English
• Willing to work overtime

Location : Lai Chi Kok
Salary : 25K – 30K
5.5 days working
