- Client: 1) E&M Contractor, 2) Engineering Consultancies, 3) Property Developer
- Position: Project Manager / Senior Engineer / Engineer - Electrical / HVAC
- Projects:
- Contractor: E&M system installation and maintenance for MTR project / Cross-border Infrastructure / Water Treatment Plant / Data Center / Government Term Contracts / Hospital Renovation / Aviation
- Consultancy: E&M, ELV systems for Residential / Commercial / Retail property developments
- Property Developer: Retail Fit-Out, A&A
- $20-60K, bonus, medical
Requirements
- Tertiary educated in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services / Electronic Engineering
- 2-15 years experience in E&M / Building Services engineering
- Professional qualification preferred for Project Manager position
- Familiar with electrical & HVAC systems
- Relevant design / site coordination experience
- Familiar with CAD drawings
- Good communication skills
- Good command of languages
